目的:研究与观察儿科门诊输液室实施优质护理服务的效果。方法:将患儿分成两组,A组给予常规护理,B组提供优质护理服务,比较两组护理服务的效果;结果:两组患儿的舒适度、哭闹次数、程度和患儿家属满意度及医患矛盾次数有组间差异,B组各项评价指标均优于A组。结论:我院开展的儿科门诊输液室优质护理服务是一项针对儿童性格特点、并体贴、关心、爱护患儿的临床护理措施,开展该服务后我院门诊儿科医患矛盾纠纷事件同比以往降低,且患儿在输液过程中的哭闹次数及程度明显下降,应在临床推广和应用。
Objective: To study and observe the effect of high quality nursing service in pediatric outpatient infusion room. Methods: The children were divided into two groups: Group A received routine care; Group B provided quality nursing care; and compared the effects of nursing services between two groups. Results: The comfort, degree of crying and satisfaction of their relatives Degree and the number of contradictions between the two groups of patients with differences in the evaluation of B group were better than the A group. Conclusion: The quality nursing service of pediatric outpatient infusion room in our hospital is a clinical nursing measure which is aimed at children’s personality traits and considerate, caring and caring for children. After the service was carried out, contradictions and disputes among pediatric doctors and patients in our hospital decreased year-on-year , And the number of children in the infusion process and the degree of crying decreased significantly, should be in the clinical promotion and application.
