新闻出版署的通知指出,近来,一些香港、台湾出版单位或其代理人,在大陆出卖所谓“国际书号”。有人买了这种“国际书号”,从事图书的印刷发行活动。这些行为,扰乱了图书市场的正常秩序,严重违反了出版管理规定。
Press and Publication Administration’s circular pointed out that recently, some Hong Kong and Taiwan publishing units or their agents have betrayed the so-called “ISBN” in mainland China. Someone bought this “ISBN” to engage in the printing and distribution activities of books. These acts disrupted the normal order of the book market and seriously violated the publishing regulations.
