干部专业技术职务档案(以下简称专业职务档案)是指在评审聘任专业技术干部专业技术职务过程中形成的反映本人专业基础理论、学识水平、业务能力和工作成就的各种文字材料。据了解,不少单位在评聘工作结束后,只将《专业技术职务评审聘任呈报表》存入了干部档案,对评审过程中的其他材料没有整理归档,成包成捆地堆放在评聘部门;有的认为这是反映专业内容的,与干部档案无关;有的不知如何处理这些材料。因此,就要不要建立专业职务档案,它与干部档案有无区别以及如何建档等问题,笔者谈点粗浅看法。一、建立专业职务档案的意义在开展专业技术职务评审聘任过程中,每个
