目的分析探讨心血管内科住院患者发生糖代谢异常的情况。方法以随机抽样方法选取本院心血管内科2011年8月~2013年8月期间确诊收治的300例住院患者,其中共100例糖尿病患者,其余200例患者糖代谢状况均经口服葡萄糖耐量试验进行评价和判断。结果 200例非糖尿病患者经葡萄糖耐量试验评价,共115例患者出现糖代谢异常,占抽样人数的57.5%;总病例300例患者中,共215例患者出现糖代谢异常,约占总数的71.6%。结论心血管内科住院患者中大部分患者出现糖代谢异常,口服葡萄糖耐量试验能使确诊率大幅度提高,减少漏诊率,值得在临床上广泛使用。
Objective To investigate the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in hospitalized patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 300 inpatients diagnosed and admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to August 2013 were randomly selected. Among them, a total of 100 diabetic patients and the remaining 200 patients were all subjected to oral glucose tolerance test Evaluation and judgment. Results A total of 115 non-diabetic patients were evaluated by glucose tolerance test. A total of 115 patients had abnormal glucose metabolism, accounting for 57.5% of the total number of samples. Of 300 patients in total, 215 patients had abnormal glucose metabolism, accounting for 71.6% . Conclusions The majority of patients with cardiovascular inpatients have abnormal glucose metabolism. Oral glucose tolerance test can greatly improve the diagnosis rate and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis, which is worth widely used in clinic.
