论述5t越野集装箱叉车选择铰接车架的必要性,应用Solidworks三维软件的建模功能和有限元分析功能,对5t越野集装箱叉车铰接车架的前后车架进行三维建模和受力计算分析,同时将实际样车的检测结果与三维建模受力分析结果进行比较,验证铰接车架的结构设计满足使用要求,安全可靠。
The necessity of selecting articulated frame for 5t off-road container forklift is discussed. The modeling and the finite element analysis of Solidworks 3D software are used to make the three-dimensional modeling and stress analysis of the front and rear frame of 5t off-road container forklift articulated frame. The actual car test results and three-dimensional modeling of the force analysis results are compared to verify the structural design of articulated frame to meet the requirements, safe and reliable.
