目的探讨左氧氟沙星的使用频度与常见细菌耐药性水平的相互关系。方法选取2013年5月至2016年6月我院药剂科统计信息中左氧氟沙星的使用数据进行研究,使用统计学方法对左氧氟沙星的使用频率进行计算,同时分析6种常见细菌的耐药性情况。结果左氧氟沙星在研究期间的用量一直呈逐渐上升趋势,不同细菌的耐药性情况与使用频率没有一致性关系,常见的细菌耐药性与左氧氟沙星的使用频率呈正相关。结论常见细菌的耐药性情况与左氧氟沙星的使用频率呈正相关性,加强对相应药物使用标准管理,降低其使用频率,能有效地控制常见细菌出现耐药性情况。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the frequency of use of levofloxacin and the level of common bacterial resistance. Methods The data of levofloxacin in the pharmacy department of our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were collected and used to calculate the frequency of levofloxacin using statistical methods. Meanwhile, the drug resistance of 6 common bacteria was analyzed. Results The dosage of levofloxacin was gradually increasing during the study period. There was no consistent relationship between the drug resistance of different bacteria and the frequency of use. The common bacterial drug resistance was positively correlated with the frequency of use of levofloxacin. Conclusion The common bacterial resistance is positively correlated with the frequency of use of levofloxacin, and the standard management of the corresponding drug use is strengthened to reduce the frequency of its use and to effectively control the emergence of common bacterial resistance.
