在企业向市场全面推进的过程中,传统的产品结构受到最大力度的冲击。因此,开发新产品已成为企业适应市场、寻求突破契机的唯一出路和途径。本文拟就目前工业企业新产品开发的现状及对策措施等方面作一些探讨。 一、新产品开发问题及现状 从效益角度出发,企业开发新产品是最直接、也是最见成效的途径。当前,工业企业对新产品开发十分重视,许多微利亏损企业也因此出现转机,成为盈利大户,但总的来看,工业企业新产品开发多为适应性开发,开拓性、主动性开发做的不够,抑制了企业向更深层次发展,出现了一些令人担忧的现状,主要表现在以下几个方面:
