分析了高瓦斯易自燃冲击矿压条件下工作面防灭火的难点,并且指出了冲击矿压对煤炭自燃的影响。实验测试了胡家河矿401101工作面煤自燃指标气体的变化规律,为工作面煤炭自燃的预测提供了科学依据。详细阐述了工作面回采时期上下隅角封堵、采用凝胶墙隔离、采用三相泡沫大范围覆盖浮煤的综合防灭火技术实施方案和参数。
The difficulties in fire prevention and extinguishing of working face under the conditions of spontaneous combustion of high gas with spontaneous combustion are analyzed. The impact of rockburst on spontaneous combustion of coal is also pointed out. Experiments were conducted to test the variation law of coal spontaneous combustion index gas in 401101 working face of Hujiahe Mine and provide a scientific basis for predicting spontaneous combustion of coal in working face. Detailed description of the upper and lower corner of the mining face plugging time, the use of gel wall isolation, the use of three-phase foam covering a wide range of anti-fire technology and fire fighting technology implementation of the program and parameters.
