勤劳一直以来是中华民族的传统美德,可不知从何时起,我们的学生变得不会劳动了,其劳动能力和自我服务能力越来越低。学校,肩负着培养“德、智、体、美、劳”全面发展人才之重任,因此培养学生的劳动意识、技能,让学生学会珍惜,让劳动成为学生的一种习惯显得尤为重要。一、氛围:创设适宜的环境劳动教育需要良好的氛围,为此,学校应充分挖掘学校、家庭和社区资源,发挥教育合力,帮助学生内化良好的劳动习惯,提升劳动技能。
Since hard work has always been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, we do not know when our pupils will not work, and their ability to work and self-service will be getting lower and lower. Therefore, it is particularly important to cultivate students’ labor awareness and skills so that students can learn to cherish and make labor become a habit of students. First, the atmosphere: creating a suitable environment for labor education needs a good atmosphere, therefore, the school should fully tap the school, family and community resources, play education together to help students internalize good working habits and enhance labor skills.
