当今高校人才培养以国际化和创新性人才为主要目标,“一带一路”战略对人才的需求提出更高要求,这给理工类院校的英语专业带来新的机遇和挑战,现行人才培养目标和规格存在亟待解决的问题。为了满足社会的发展对于创新人才需求,新的人才培养模式研究势在必行。本文旨在调查分析理工类院校的创新人才培养模式现状,通过数据分析,对理工类院校英语专业的人才培养和课程改革提出若干建议。
Nowadays talents training in colleges and universities takes internationalized and innovative talents as the main goal. The strategy of “One Belt and One Road” puts forward higher requirements on talent demand, which brings new opportunities and challenges to English majors in science and engineering colleges. The current talents Training objectives and specifications there are problems to be solved. In order to meet the social development needs of innovative talents, the new model of talent cultivation is imperative. The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the current situation of the training mode of innovative talents in science and engineering colleges. Based on the data analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on training of English majors and curricular reform in science and engineering colleges.
