为明确表面活性剂SAA对Sasobit温拌沥青结合料使用性能的影响,通过SHRP试验研究了70#A基质沥青、SBS改性沥青和SAA/Sasobit/70#A温拌沥青3种结合料不同温度下的车辙因子G*/sinδ、蠕变劲度模量S、双对数曲线斜率m及粘温曲线等指标。结果表明,温拌沥青中SAA的加入可有效改善沥青结合料的高温性能和施工和易性,同时也降低了其低温性能。
In order to clarify the effect of surfactant SAA on the serviceability of Sasobit warm-mix asphalt binder, the effects of different temperature on the binder properties of 70 # A asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and SAA / Sasobit / 70 # A warm mix asphalt were studied by SHRP test. Under the rutting factor G * / sinδ, creep stiffness modulus S, double logarithmic curve slope m and viscosity-temperature curve and other indicators. The results show that the addition of SAA in warm mix asphalt can effectively improve the high temperature performance and workability of asphalt binder, and also reduce its low temperature performance.
