创造性思维是期刊编辑的重要思维方式,主要表现为:(1)大胆求异,不断创新;(2)善于超前思维,形成超前意识;(3)思维联想,经验转移,强烈的“再发现”能力。期刊编辑创造性思维的特点:(1)开创性;(2)阶段性;(3)综合性;(4)科学性。创造性思维的培养与开发需要:(1)坚持对事业和创新的追求;(2)注意知识的积累和更新;(3)保持思维的开放性;(4)掌握运用两类思维方法;(5)造成促发创造性思维的优良大环境。
Creative thinking is an important way of thinking for periodical editors. Mainly manifested as: (1) making bold differences and constant innovation; (2) being good at thinking ahead and forming advanced consciousness; (3) thinking and association, experience transfer and strong “rediscovery” ability. Journal editors creative thinking features: (1) groundbreaking; (2) stage; (3) comprehensive; (4) scientific.
