目的研究微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸中的临床应用以及对其效果的观察。方法选择66例患者被随机分为实验组34例和对照组32例。对照组给予非种植体强支抗治疗,实验组选用专用微型种植体作为支抗治疗。结果种植体支抗治疗后与非种植体强支抗治疗后相比,上中切牙倾角及凸距的减少量明显增多,磨牙位移明显减少,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),可认为实验组疗效显著优于对照组。结论微型种植体可以提供比较理想的支抗和正畸治疗,并且具有操作简便灵活、可靠性好等特点,值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To study the clinical application of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontics and the observation of its effect. Methods Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into experimental group (34 cases) and control group (32 cases). The control group was given non-implant reinforced therapy, and the experimental group used the special mini-implant as the supportive therapy. Results Compared with the non-implant group, the reduction of incisors and protuberances of the upper incisors increased significantly after implantation and the displacement of molars decreased significantly (P <0.05), which can be considered as The experimental group was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Micro implants can provide better supportive and orthodontic treatment, and have the advantages of simple and flexible operation, good reliability and so on. They are worthy of clinical application and promotion.
