用电导法测定植株的耐热性,国际上不少人作过试验研究,并有报导。如I.C Onwaeme(英国),曾于1979年发表电导法测定植株耐热性的研究结果。我国也有人从事电导法测定植株的耐热性研究,但很少报导。为了检验电导率这一方法鉴定黄瓜不同品种的耐热性是否可行,我们选择了已知的耐热性差异较大的黄瓜品种,作为测定对象,用电导百分率法测定,以求解决黄瓜品种耐热性的鉴定方法。
