为了纪念《行政复议法》颁布10周年,《行政诉讼法》颁布20周年,大力宣传行政复议工作在山西省“转型发展、安全发展、和谐发展”中的重要作用,扩大行政复议工作在人民群众中的影响力和公信力,激发广大人民群众依法维护自己合法权益的积极性和主动性,推动和深化科学发展观实践活动,山西省人民政府法制办公室在全省范围内开展行政复议法律知识竞赛活动。参赛对象为山西省全省行政复议、行政应诉、行政执法人员及广大人民群众。个人赛试题将分三次登于本刊5月新闻月刊、5月文化月刊、6月新闻月刊,答题卡将随6月新闻月刊一起邮寄给读者。参赛人员请用2B铅笔将答案填涂在答题卡上,于2009年7月31日前寄山西省人民政府法制办公室行政复议处,由机读器判卷,以确保竞赛公平。
