用ＨｙｐｅｒｓｉｌＯＤＳ色谱柱，以甲醇－水－磷酸（６０∶４０∶０．１８）为流动相，采用反相高效液相色谱法测定血浆中格列吡嗪浓度。方法回收率高，结果准确，重现性好。
The plasma concentration of glipizide was determined by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with Hypersil ODS column with methanol-water-phosphoric acid (60:40:0.18) as mobile phase. The method has high recovery rate, accurate result and good reproducibility.
