目的探讨雄激素非依赖性前列腺癌的发生与血脂水平的关系。方法收集103例经病理活检确诊并行前列腺癌根治术,由ADPC发展为AIPC的患者为实验组;并选取114例同一年龄段体检健康者为对照组1,另收集105例同期治疗的ADPC患者为对照组2,比较TC、TG、HDL、LDL、PSA及睾酮(T)的水平;并比较与雄激素代谢有关酶类mRNA在前列腺癌细胞AIPC转化前后的表达量变化。结果实验组在AIPC转化后,TC、HDL、LDL水平相对于转化前均显著升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组1比较,TC、LDL升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组2比较,TC、HDL升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。前列腺癌细胞AIPC转化后,SRD5A2 mRNA、CYP17A1 mRNA等表达升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列腺癌雄激素非依赖性的转化与血脂水平的异常有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between androgen-independent prostate cancer and blood lipid levels. Methods A total of 103 patients with pathologically confirmed prostate cancer undergoing radical prostatectomy and ADPC to AIPC were enrolled as experimental group. One hundred and eleven 114 healthy subjects of the same age group were selected as control group 1, and 105 patients with ADPC The levels of TC, TG, HDL, LDL, PSA and testosterone (T) in control group 2 were compared. The changes of the expression of enzyme mRNA related to androgen metabolism before and after the transformation of AIPC in prostate cancer cells were also compared. Results The level of TC, HDL and LDL in experimental group after AIPC transformation was significantly higher than that before transformation (P <0.05), and the TC and LDL levels in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group 1 (P <0.05). Compared with control group 2, TC and HDL increased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of SRD5A2 mRNA and CYP17A1 mRNA increased after AIPC transformation in prostate cancer cells, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion The androgen-independent transformation of prostate cancer has some correlation with abnormal blood lipid levels.
