非金属矿产资源对于国民经济的发展具有极其重要的作用,已成为当今世界工业中的热门产业。为了加速发展我国非金属矿工业,促进深加工,开发新品种,使非金属矿产资源优势尽快转化为经济优势,使非金属矿工业尽快转变成外向型工业,扩大出口创汇能力,总公司和非金属矿工业协会于1988年3月开始编辑《非金属矿工业手册》一书。
Non-metallic mineral resources play an extremely important role in the development of the national economy and have become a hot industry in today’s world. In order to accelerate the development of China’s non-metallic minerals industry, promote deep processing, and develop new varieties, the advantages of non-metallic mineral resources will be transformed into economic advantages as soon as possible so that the non-metallic mineral industry can be transformed into an export-oriented industry as soon as possible to expand the export earning capacity. The Mining Industry Association began editing the “Non-metallic Mineral Industry Handbook” in March 1988.
