提出了基于专家系统的网络有分流的超结构模型及换热网络同步最优综合设计的方法。先通过专家系统确定物流的分流及匹配禁止情况,在此基础上建立了网络有分流的超结构模型;再用遗传算法对上述模型进行求解;最后用分解协调法对网络结构和匹配单元同时进行优化。该法不仅能自动地合成有分流的换热网络的最优流程结构,且能同时满足网络的各种工艺限制条件,并通过某个换热网络的最优合成设计,说明本方法的有效性和应用前景
A new supersymmetric network model based on expert system and shunting heat exchanger is proposed. Firstly, the expert system is used to determine the diversion and matching prohibition of logistics. On this basis, a superstructured model with network diversion is established. Then the genetic algorithm is used to solve the above model. At the same time, the network structure and matching units are decomposed by decomposition and coordination optimization. This method not only can automatically synthesize the optimal flow structure of the heat transfer network with shunting, but also can satisfy all kinds of process constraints of the network at the same time.
