基于实时风险监测技术获得核电厂当前组态的风险信息,用于实时风险管理,可以更好地反映核电厂状态,有效提高安全性和经济性水平。允许组态时间是实时组态风险管理中评价设备停役组态的一个风险指标。文中给出基于实时风险的允许组态时间的计算方法,以及在多个停役设备叠加情况下考虑已经停役设备的累积风险的贡献。
Based on the real-time risk monitoring technology, the current risk information of NPPs can be obtained and used for real-time risk management to better reflect the status of nuclear power plants and effectively improve the safety and economic level. The allowable configuration time is a risk indicator for evaluating the plant decommissioning configuration in risk management in real time. The article gives a calculation method of the allowable configuration time based on real-time risk and the contribution of considering the accumulated risk of the equipment that has been parked with the stacking of multiple stopped equipment.
