对于高校图书馆来说,服务质量是生存和发展的根本。实践证明,高校图书馆只有实行多层次的服务质量管理,为读者提供高质量的服务,才能充分发挥其各项职能,保证高校的立足与发展。本文就如何提高高校图书馆的服务水平谈几点看法。
For university libraries, service quality is fundamental to survival and development. Practice has proved that only by implementing multi-level service quality management and providing high-quality services to readers, university libraries can give full play to their respective functions and ensure their foothold and development.
