对随机市场需求下的3层动态供应链网络中供应链收益及顾客满意度的多目标均衡问题进行研究。假设产品价格是市场随机需求的函数,构建了最大化供应链网络收益和顾客满意度的多阶段随机优化模型,根据变分不等式构建了供应链网络各节点的均衡模型,并应用改进的Gold-stein-Levitin-Polyak投影算法进行求解和检验。结果表明:过分追求顾客满意度将会减少供应链网络各节点之间的产品供应量,并影响到供应链网络的稳定状态。
This paper studies the multi-objective equilibrium problem of supply chain profit and customer satisfaction in the three-tier dynamic supply chain network under the random market demand. Assuming that product price is a function of market random demand, we build a multi-stage stochastic optimization model that maximizes supply chain network profit and customer satisfaction. According to variational inequalities, we build equilibrium model of each node in supply chain network, and apply improved Gold- stein-Levitin-Polyak projection algorithm for solving and testing. The results show that excessive pursuit of customer satisfaction will reduce the supply of products among nodes in the supply chain network and affect the stability of the supply chain network.
