实验研究了低氧对复合培养的肺动脉平滑肌细胞 (PASMC)中的Janus激酶 (JanusKinase,JAK)蛋白表达的作用。采用复合胶原酶法培养大鼠PASMC ,再与大鼠肺微血管内皮细胞 (LMEC)进行复合培养 ,免疫细胞化学SABC法检测低氧状况下PASMC中JAK蛋白的表达情况。结果显示 :与正常PASMC弱?
The effect of hypoxia on the Janus kinase (JAK) protein expression in pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASMC) was investigated experimentally. The rat PASMC was cultured with compound collagenase method and then cultured with rat pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (LMEC). The expression of JAK protein in PASMC under hypoxia condition was detected by immunocytochemical SABC method. The results show: weak with normal PASMC?
