C组SIg A的浓度于造模后D3明显低于其他各组(P<0.05);D7时,D和E组SIg A的浓度明显高于其他各组(P<0.01);而B和C组SIg A则显著下降(P<0.01)。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of rice oil on intestinal mucosal injury in rats and its mechanism. Methods Eighty male Sprague Dawley rats weighing 180 ~ 200g were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 16). A group was normal control group and the other 4 groups were made diarrhea model. B group as a simple diarrhea group, C, D, E group intragastric endotoxin. Group C was given normal saline, group D was gavaged with 5% oil, and group E was given montmorillonite powder. The general situation of rats and the number of diarrhea, SIg A of intestinal tract of D3 and D7 after modeling, morphological changes of intestinal mucosa were observed. Results The frequency of diarrhea in group A was significantly lower than that in other groups (P <0.01). There was no significant difference between groups D and E (P> 0.05), and the number of diarrhea was significantly decreased from D3. The number of diarrhea was statistically significant (P <0.01). Pathology showed that mucosal morphology of D7 groups were better than that of D3 at different degrees. At D7, the groups A, D and E were significantly better than the B and C groups. The concentration of SIg A in group C was significantly lower than that in other groups after modeling (P <0.05). At D7, the concentrations of SIg A in groups D and E were significantly higher than those in other groups (P <0.01) Group SIg A decreased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion Rice oil can improve intestinal immune function in diarrhea rats, which is good for repairing the structure and function of small intestine and improving the therapeutic effect in acute diarrhea rats.
