目前我国矿井主扇大部分采用轴流式通风机,其空气动力性噪声,A声级均在100dB(A)以上,频率在125Hz附近,属于传播较远的低频,它严重污染环境,干扰人们的工作和休息.为了降低噪声改善矿区环境,沈阳鼓风机研究所与北京北方消声设备厂及淮南矿务局协作,利用引进的丹麦诺文科公司消声器设计技术,对谢家集一矿“25”号风井两台2K60-№28型矿用主扇进行了噪声控制改造,经现场工业性运转及测试,取得了满意的效果,达到了设计要求.现将噪声控制改造过程分述如下.1.噪声源2K60-№28型轴流通风机的工况点为;负压380mmH_2O(3726.527Pa),风量150m~3/S,转速600r/min.
