鉴于钩端螺旋体病人在哲里木盟地区时有发生,夏秋季节每年有流行.为了找出传染源,给防治工作提供科学依据.我们对哲盟南部的通辽市、科左中旗、开鲁县3个旗县市的自然水进行了钩端螺旋体污染的抽样调查.水样取自流动河水、塘水、稻田水、养鱼池水、水库水、土井水。共取样114份,在河水、水库水、井水中检出菌株12株,阳性率分别为25.7％、25％、6.257％(总阳性率为10.52％).所获菌株均用13群14型标准血清进行了凝集溶解试验分型,其中除两株为秋季热型外,其余均为波摩那型.经北京首都药品生物制品检定所与长春生物制品所复判无误.所获菌株与当地流行菌型相一致。其致病性方面除对所有菌株进行了铜离子抑制试验外,对其中的三株进行了动物豚鼠接种试验.结果动物体温均升高、寒战、活动减少、进食不佳、消瘦、耸毛等征象.死亡或频死的豚鼠内脏器官出血倾向明显,肉眼所见及病理组织切片观察,有明显的病理变化. 通过调查我们认为:哲盟自然水源受钩端螺旋体污
