风能预报技术能作为上网电量交易、电厂调度和电网控制的重要手段。基于风能预报量的管理,将使电网减少备用容量、使风电具有更高的品质和价值。基于GIS,利用时间序列法和神经网络法的风能预报技术方案,能适应各种不同的地形,预报的时间更短、精度更高。在中国,一个集风能资源专业观测、数值模拟和综合评价为一体的国家风能资源评价体系正在实施中,结合天气气象预报数据的共享,一个完整的风能预报系统正在形成。
Wind energy forecasting technology can be used as an important means of online power trading, power plant scheduling and grid control. The management based on the amount of wind energy forecast will reduce the reserve capacity of the power grid and make the wind power have higher quality and value. Based on GIS, the technology of wind energy forecasting using time series and neural network can adapt to different kinds of topography, the forecasting time is shorter and the accuracy is higher. In China, a national wind resource assessment system integrating professional observation, numerical simulation and comprehensive evaluation of wind energy resources is under implementation. With the sharing of weather and weather forecast data, a complete system for wind energy forecasting is taking shape.
