目的观察单用或合用VE和鳗鱼油精对血浆纤维蛋白原的含量和血药粘度的影响。方法以亚硫酸钠沉淀法检测血浆纤维蛋白原含量,用NXE-1型锥板粘度计测全血粘度和血浆粘度。结果给大鼠口服鳗鱼油精和VE时,单用VE30d的纤维蛋白原的含量显著降低,而鳗鱼油精组降低作用不显著:二者对全血粘度和血浆粘度均有降低作用。两药合用时,与空白对照组、VE组和鳗鱼油精组比较,无论是给药15d还是30d的纤维蛋白原的含量和血液粘度均显著降低。结论鳗鱼油精和VE单用时对纤维蛋白原含量和血浆粘度有不同程度的降低作用。二者合用时此作用显著增强。
Objective To observe the effect of single or combined VE and eel on plasma fibrinogen and plasma viscosity. Methods Plasma fibrinogen was detected by sodium sulfite precipitation method. The whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity were measured with NXE-1 cone-plate viscometer. Results When orally administered eel and VE were administered to rats, the content of fibrinogen alone with VE30d was significantly reduced, while the eel ovalbumin group was not significantly reduced. Both of them reduced the whole blood viscosity and the plasma viscosity. Compared with the blank control group, the VE group and the eel oil group, both the content of the fibrinogen and the blood viscosity of the 15 days or 30 days after the administration of the two drugs were significantly decreased. Conclusion Eel alone and VE alone have different effects on fibrinogen content and plasma viscosity. The combination of the two significantly enhanced this role.
