目前对小儿体格发育的评价常用的方法有离差法、百分位数法、相关法和指数法等。最近我们用综合评价法对3～7岁集居儿童进行评价,现将结果报告如下: 材料来源与方法于1989年12月～1990年7月选择省、市、工厂幼儿园3～7岁集居健康儿童1940名,其中男1064名,女876名。按照1985年全国“儿调”协作组统一规定的测量方法,同时测量儿童的身高、体重。将每个小儿的实足年龄、性别、身高、体重等值输入“登月牌EBJ——Ⅰ型儿童保健电脑”进行评价,并记录优、中、差各等级及肥胖、营养不良等指标结果,进行统计分析。
The current method of evaluation of physical development in children are deviations method, percentile method, correlation method and index method.
