本文介绍了一种新型树脂—“粉末包埋树脂”的合成及性能。在三聚氰胺—甲醛的预聚浆液中加入无机离子交换剂磷钼酸铵(AMP),经悬浮聚合,可得到含有AMP的珠状“粉末包埋树脂”AMP—MF。这类树脂具有AMP的特殊选择性及优良的机械性能。珠状树脂适宜柱层析操作,克服了粉末状无机离子交换剂AMP不适于工业操作的缺点。本合成方法为制备特大孔型缩聚珠提供了一新的合成途径。
This article describes the synthesis and properties of a new type of resin called “powder embedding resin”. Addition of ammonium phosphomolybdate (AMP) as an inorganic ion exchanger to the pre-polymerization slurry of melamine-formaldehyde to obtain AMP-MF AMP-MF containing AMP in bead form by suspension polymerization. This resin has the special AMP selectivity and excellent mechanical properties. The bead resin is suitable for column chromatography, which overcomes the shortcomings that AMP, a powdered inorganic ion exchanger, is not suitable for industrial operation. The synthesis method provides a new synthetic route for preparing extra-large pore polycondensation beads.
