随着我国经济的高速发展,资产评估人才需求量大增,资产评估专业应运而生。经济法是资产评估专业的专业基础课,但并没有专门的经济法教材,则教学内容的选择颇为重要。我们在选择教学内容时,既要有利于学生法律知识的学习、法律思维的培养,又要有利于学生后续参加的资产评估师资格考试。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the demand for asset appraisal talents has risen sharply, and the asset appraisal profession came into being. The economic law is a professional basic course of asset appraisal major, but there is no special textbook of economic law, so the choice of teaching content is very important. When we choose the teaching content, we should not only help the students learn the legal knowledge, cultivate legal thinking, but also help the students to participate in the subsequent asset appraiser qualification examination.
