芳香基硫酸酯酶(Arylsulfatases,AS)是广泛存在于体内各种组织和体液中的水解酶,人类共有三种芳香基硫酸酯酶。芳香基硫酸酯酶C(AS-C)由微粒体产生,不溶于水,在体液中难以测出;芳香基硫酸酯酶A和B(AS-A和AS-B)均由溶酶体产生,可溶于水,能被肾脏迅速清除。正常情况下,尿中浓度高于血清,可在尿中分别测定之。我们曾报道白血病患者发作期AS-A和AS-B浓度显著增高,完全缓解后恢复正常。为进一步探讨尿AS浓度在不同血液病中的变化规律及其临床意义,我们观察了28例造血系统肿瘤及56例非肿瘤性血液病患者,现将结果报道于下:
Arylsulfatases (AS) are hydrolases widely found in various tissues and body fluids in the body. There are three kinds of aryl sulfatases in humans. Under normal circumstances, urine concentrations higher than serum, respectively, in the urine measured. We have reported that patients with leukemia during the attack of AS-A and AS-B concentrations were significantly increased, fully recovered and returned to normal. To further explore the changes of urine AS concentration in different blood diseases and its clinical significance, we observed 28 hematopoietic tumors and 56 non-neoplastic hematological diseases, the results reported below:
