多数模板材料都需要采用脱模剂,以防止混凝土与模板表面粘结。如果拆模时模板面与混凝土相互粘结,模板使用一二次就可能损坏。如果混凝土强度比模板弱,部分混凝土表层便会剥落并粘附在模板上;如果混凝土强度比模板强,部分模板面层有可能被拉脱并粘在混凝土上。采用优质脱模剂,可以防止上述两种情况的发生。脱模剂还能封闭
Most formwork materials require the use of mold release agents to prevent the concrete from adhering to the surface of the formwork. If the template surface and the concrete are bonded to each other when the mold is removed, the template may be damaged once or twice.
