分层次教学是指教师根据学生的心理特点和不同个性,为促进每个学生在原有基础上得到充分发展而采取的教学模式。新课程理念提倡以人为本,以多元智能结构理论指导课改,信息技术教学的根本任务在于使不同的学生有不同的发展。这就要求我们教师应从实际出发,实施有差异的分层、分组教学模式,这种模式有针对性地对待每一个层次的学生,给学生以自主的选择,主动的发挥的条件和机会,实现了尊重每一个学生的实际情况的一种现象。孔子主张因材施教。根据这些理论,在保证学校教学效益的基础上克服了班级授课制的某些固有的不足,为学校教学改革提供了新的思路。
