裁员的流程第一步,裁员首先考虑的不是某一个具体的人,而是先分析、梳理公司的业务流程,分析的结果必然会产生部门职能的重组、岗位架构的重新设计。第二步,针对不需要的岗位,对现在承担此岗位的员工进行全面分析,看其是否要伴随着岗位被裁掉。结果有两种可能:一是该员工随岗位
