综观近半个多世纪世界经济发展的历史不难发现,融理论、思潮和政策主张为一体的新自由主义,其兴与衰均与危机密切相关。因此,从历史与逻辑相统一的角度,分析和说明20世纪70年代开始的“滞胀”危机和2007年爆发、2008年形成的国际金融危机与新自由主义的兴衰关系,也就历史地分析和说明了当前这场危机的理论根源及其深层原因和发生机理。
Looking at the history of world economic development in the past half-century or so, it is not hard to find that the neo-liberalism with integration of theories, ideological trends and policy advocates is closely related to its crisis.
