一、胃、十二指肠溃疡病李某,男,44岁。自1989年元月起,自觉胃脘胀痛,两胁胀闷,嗳气,有时呕吐、嘈杂吞酸、口苦、心烦,性情易于激动,纳食量少,大便不爽。舌质淡红,苔薄白,脉沉弦。某医院曾诊断为“胃、十二指肠球部溃疡”。证属肝气郁结,失于条达,疏泄失职,横逆犯胃。治以疏肝解郁,利气止痛,柴胡疏肝散加减:柴胡、炒枳壳、白芍、香附、陈皮、川芎各10克,炙甘草6克,吴茱萸10克,黄连6克,金铃子10克,元胡6克。5剂后,胃脘胀痛减轻,嘈杂、吞酸、口苦、心烦大有好转,饮食有所增加,但时嗳气频繁。上方减去吴茱萸、黄连,加旋覆花5克,代赭石12克。连服10剂,诸症消失。携5剂以巩固疗效,嘱严禁烟酒。

The top was subtracted from E. sinensis and Coptis chinensis, and 5 grams of spinach was added, and 12 grams of meteorite was replaced. Even after taking 10 doses, the symptoms disappeared.
