随着我国医疗机构的不断深化改革,医疗资源配置市场化,上级补助日益见拙的情况下,怎样开辟新的融资渠道来发展医院显得尤为急迫和重要。方法:开辟多种筹资形式;进行投资可行性论证;建立财务负债保障评价体系。
With the continuous deepening of the reform of China’s medical institutions and the marketization of medical resources allocation, the higher levels of subsidy have become increasingly paralyzed. How to open up new financing channels to develop hospitals is particularly urgent and important. Methods: Open up a variety of financing forms; conduct investment feasibility studies; establish a financial liability guarantee evaluation system.
