一、引言近几年经过试验和实践的证明,PH_3对昆虫的生理效应较为缓慢,剂量对数与昆虫死亡率并不呈直线关系,这个理论已为人们所公认。由于高浓度 PH_3对害虫能产生麻醉作用从而降低了熏蒸效果,因此进一步提出以较低浓度,尽量延长熏蒸时间,保证足够的时间使之与害虫接触,以提高 PH_3杀虫药效的理论。本县实验以磷化铝80—100克/万斤麦堆的剂量进行整仓常规法熏蒸,在严格防止外界感染的条件下,处理一个月后重新出现玉米象和锯谷盗成虫的事实,说明抗性强的卵、蛹的复活是影响 PH_3杀虫药效问题的关键所在。国外曾推荐采取低剂量长期密闭的方法可以消灭耐药虫态(卵与蛹)。延长密闭时间可
