中共中央《建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要》明确指出:要大力加强廉洁文化建设,积极推动廉洁文化进企业。那么作为国有企业的基层单位应如何开展廉洁文化建设才不流于形式口号,才能实实在在地收到实效呢?我们的主要做法是通过以廉洁文化“六进”为载体,开展了一系列主题教育活动来不断强化员工的思想素质,培育弘扬廉洁理念,从而建立了一套集教育机制、监督机制、激励机制三者并立的廉洁文化长效机制。
