1.事故发生我段东风4型0201号内燃机车由于柴油机第五缸活塞破裂,引起连杆小端孔严重变形到限报废。该车装用的是资阳机车工厂生产的连杆组,公称重量为45.50公斤。因我段当时无此重量的连杆组,根据外段介绍,决定采用φ14毫米、重1.0公斤的圆钢,分四段点焊在44.50公斤的连杆工字杆槽内,于1982年10月28日装车投入运用。该车分别在1982年11月12
1. The accident occurred in my section Dongfeng 4 0201 locomotive diesel engine due to the fifth cylinder piston rupture, causing a serious deformation of the connecting rod small end hole to scrap. The car is equipped with Ziyang Locomotive factory link rod group, the nominal weight of 45.50 kg. Because I did not have the weight of the connecting rod group, according to the introduction of the outer section, decided to use φ14 mm, weight 1.0 kg of round steel, four-point spot welding in the 44.50 kg rod rod groove, in 1982 10 March 28 loading put into use.
