市场经济运营体制下,国内基建产业市场框架已经初具规模。特别是对现代建筑项目生产建设及投产运营而言,为了促进传统基建市场格局能够得以打破,发挥市场经济下的重大革新作用,提高建筑企业核心竞争实力,对项目建设投资成本的积极探索至关重要。此文主要结合目前市场经济市场下的项目管理四要素,即施工组织、技术因素、经济要素,以及合同协议四个方面展开了扼要探讨,以期建筑企业在市场经济条件下实现项目成本运作的科学控制。
Under the system of market economy operation, the domestic market framework for infrastructure industry has begun to take shape. Especially for the construction, production and operation of modern construction projects, in order to promote the traditional infrastructure market structure can be broken, to play a significant role in market economy innovation, improve the core competitiveness of construction enterprises, the project construction investment cost of active exploration important. This paper mainly discusses the four elements of project management under the current market economy market, namely construction organization, technical factors, economic factors and contractual agreements, and briefly discusses the four aspects of construction enterprises’ project cost operation under market economy control.
