在工具钢表面采用电弧蒸发物理气相沉积TiN涂层中,将不锈钢编织网置于基底和蒸发源之间,以得到不连续的TiN涂层。检验了无涂层、连续涂层和不连续涂层3种表面状态的性能,其中在室温和200°C下做了无润滑和润滑条件下的盘-块和球-盘滑动摩擦试验。结果表明,在滑动条件下,不连续的TiN涂层可同时减小工具钢的磨损量和磨损速度。3种表面状态下的高速切削中,与无涂层和连续涂层比较,不连续TiN涂层由于寿命增加具有优势。
In the tool steel surface using arc evaporation PVD coating TiN, a stainless steel braid placed between the substrate and the evaporation source to obtain a discontinuous TiN coating. Uncoated, continuous and discontinuous coatings were tested for surface-to-surface performance with disk-block and ball-disk sliding friction tests performed at room temperature and 200 ° C without lubrication and lubrication. The results show that the discontinuous TiN coating can reduce the wear and wear rate of the tool steel under sliding condition simultaneously. In high-speed cutting at three surface conditions, discontinuous TiN coatings have the advantage of increased lifetime compared to uncoated and continuous coatings.
