国家财政调整使得施工企业所占市场份额呈增长趋势。施工企业要获得长足发展,就需要在依靠固有工人的基础上,根据施工需要在社会上招聘,以能够顺利完成施工任务。农村剩余劳动力作为施工企业的主要人力资源,受到协作队伍负责人的管理,施工企业所存在的过剩施工任务与农村剩余劳动力之间形成了新的施工市场供求关系。不但使社会资源在配置上得以优化,劳务协作管理模式也由此形成。本论文针对施工企业劳务协作管理模式运行中所存在的问题进行研究,具有针对性地提出有效对策。
The adjustment of state finance makes the market share of construction enterprises show an increasing trend. To get a long-term development, construction enterprises need to recruit in the society according to the needs of construction on the basis of inherent workers so as to be able to finish construction tasks smoothly. As the main human resource of construction enterprises, the surplus rural labor force is managed by the chief of cooperative team. The new construction market supply and demand relationship is formed between the surplus construction tasks of construction enterprises and the surplus rural labor force. Not only to optimize the allocation of social resources, labor service collaboration management mode is also formed. This thesis studies the problems existing in the operation mode of labor cooperative management in construction enterprises, and puts forward some effective countermeasures.
