热释电红外摄象机能将目标的热辐射情况转化为可见光图象,图象的灰度代表目标各部分的温度分布情况。为了对目标温度进行定量测量,可以作一个十字形增辉线,其交点可以被调节到热图上的任一点,将交叉点的温度信号取样保持,经过模一数变换后,用数字形式显示在荧光屏上。这样,热像仪同时兼有测温仪的作用,热图与温度数字配合,既直观又方便。该设计主要包括脉冲形成电路、形成数字字符的组合电路、控制字码显示机的时序与控制电路等。设计达到了预期目的,得到清楚的数字显示。但与通常用数码显示管的方法相比,电路较复杂,成本较高。
