本文以四川省邻水县观音桥镇实地考察资料为基础,对该地区农村劳动力转移现状进行分析。结果显示该地区农村劳动力转移对农民增收和地方经济发展有很强的促进作用,同时对农业生产和农村社会发展带来一定的负面影响。
