目的对印度红树植物木果楝Xylocarpus granatum种子的醋酸乙酯萃取部位的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶ODS柱色谱以及高效液相色谱(HPLC)对目的部位的化学成分进行分离纯化,并应用电喷雾质谱(ESI-MS)和核磁共振波谱(NMR)分离鉴定得到化合物的结构。结果从印度木果楝种子中共分离得到了13个化合物,包括6个柠檬苦素、1个二氢黄酮、1个木脂素、1个脱落酸衍生物、1个生物碱和3个苯甲酸衍生物。其中新柠檬苦素1个,命名为印度木果楝素A(indiangranatumin A,1),其他已知化合物分别鉴定为swi-etemahonolide(2)、febrifugin(3)、khayasin T(4)、febrifugin A(5)、gedunin(6)、isolariciresinol(7)、phaseic acid(8)、aromadendrin(9)、对羟基肉桂酸(4-hydroxy cinnamic acid,10)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoic acid,11)、对羟基苯乙酸(4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid,12)和xylogranatinin(13)。结论化合物1为新化合物,化合物7~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of Xylocarpus granatum, a mangrove plant in India. Methods The chemical constituents of the target sites were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-MS). The compounds were isolated and identified by ESI-MS and NMR. Structure of the compound. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated from the seeds of Curcuma longa L., including 6 limonin, 1 flavanone, 1 lignan, 1 abscisic acid, 1 alkaloid and 3 benzoic acid derivative. Among them, one new limonin was named indiangranatumin A (1), and other known compounds were identified as swi-etemahonolide (2), febrifugin (3), khayasin T (4), febrifugin A (5), gedunin (6), isolariciresinol (7), phaseic acid (8), aromadendrin (9), 4-hydroxy cinnamic acid (10), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid ), 4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid (12) and xylogranatinin (13). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and compounds 7-12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
