本文所叙述的系统研究,是国家教委的“七五”规划项目,是针对高校社会科学领域而言的计算机科研管理信息系统。一、系统分析1、用户需求分析我国高校社科科研管理系统的内部组织结构可分为四层;第一层是指国家教委社科科研管理职能部门,它司宏观控制最高决策之功能。第二层是指各高校社科科研管理职能部门,它既是上下沟通的重要桥梁,更是高校社科科研活动的具体组织者、决策者。第三层是指各院、系、研究所社科科研管理工作人员,主要负责搜集、整理本单位科研信息,并向第二层上报。第四层是指科研人员,他们是科研活动的主体。据以上分析,可以把本系统用户归纳成两大类:一是科研
The systematic study described in this article is a “Seventh Five-Year” planning project of the State Education Commission. According to the above analysis, the system users can be summarized into two categories: First, research
