目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)及其图像后处理技术对大肠癌的诊断价值。方法42例大肠癌患者行多层螺旋CT扫描,图像传输至工作站进行仿真结肠镜(VC)、多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖显示(SDD)和透明法(Raysum)重建,并与电子结肠镜(EC)和手术病理对照。结果CT仿真结肠镜结合MPR、SSD和Raysum技术能对大肠癌病变准确定位,并有利于观察肿瘤的形态及特征。但各种图像后处理技术在显示结肠外形、肠腔内外情况、病变的形态、范围及浸润程度等细节方面各有不同。结论多层螺旋CT是一种无创的、快捷、安全、准确的检查方法,对大肠癌的诊断具有很高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) and its image post-processing in colorectal cancer. Methods Forty-two patients with colorectal cancer underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan. The images were transmitted to a workstation for simulated colonoscopy (VC), multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), surface covered display (SDD) and Raysum reconstruction. Mirror (EC) and surgical pathology control. Results CT simulated colonoscopy combined with MPR, SSD and Raysum techniques could accurately locate the lesions of colorectal cancer and help to observe the morphology and characteristics of the tumors. However, various image post-processing techniques vary in the details such as the appearance of the colon, the condition of the intestine, the morphology and extent of the lesion, and the degree of infiltration. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT is a noninvasive, rapid, safe and accurate method for the examination of colorectal cancer diagnosis has a high value.
