分子杂交技术制备的~(32)P—HBVDNA探针,为确定人体中有无乙肝病毒(HBV)的存在,提供了最灵敏和最特异的检测方法。据多数文献报告,它比酶标或固射反射检测病毒蛋白还要敏感的多。现将本院临床诊断为乙型肝炎500例病人的~(32)P—HBVDNA检测结果报告如下。
Molecular hybridization technology to prepare ~ (32) P-HBVDNA probe, in order to determine the presence or absence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in the human body provides the most sensitive and the most specific detection methods. It has been reported in most literature that it is more sensitive than viral or solid-state reflectance to detect viral proteins. The hospital now clinically diagnosed as hepatitis B 500 patients with ~ (32) P-HBVDNA test results are reported below.
